I tried calling a few times and they would never answer the phone and then they said that I didn’t call and just charge me 50 bucks so I’m reporting it to the Better Business Bureau and other entities never go here again.
Disabled Veterans utilizing Community Care, This is not the place for you, veterans are clearly 2nd hand people here. Your time is worthless here unless you have no life whatsoever and are OK with staff lying to your face and no Dr,s available when your appointment time has come and gone, Waiting room seating becomes uncomfortable after over 1.5 hours of waiting and being lied to. The unprofessional experience is beyond tolerance when seeking help for a major health issue.I do not play games when it comes to major health issues, do you?
I really like the Dr there. He’s a good Dr. treats me nice I’m very well knowledgeable.
Dr Paloma Sanchez is remarkable!!!She is an impressive doctor who has found her calling. She works from her heart and you can tell. She is very personable, professional and wholeheartedly genuine. She is passionate for the health of her patients.The staff is fantastic. They were proficient with everything I needed.I highly recommend Dr. Paloma Sanchez!!! She is a blessing to me and my family and to her patients!!!
Since my last appointment April 16th I have waited on a new/different c-pap mask that Dr. Chalaby said he was ordering. He said if you don't hear from our office in a week CALL. It is now August 28th and I have made numerous calls to the office AND the Cpap company looking for my mask, I only heard back from Drs. office when I emailed. Still nothing!!!!!! Each one put it on the other. I gave up and bought my own.
WHAT IS GOING ON?? I returned sleep study equipment 2 weeks ago. I have called multiple times. No results, no updates, I have left messages. I will dispute the bill with my insurance. No service, no pay.
Dr Duncun is very caring. And I am glad he my Dr .But the problem I am having is getting a responds from anyone . To try and tell them something is going wrong and I don't feel right. . Other than that. He is great !
Horrible customer service. I was told once my Primary care physician sends a referral to this office, THEY would call me to schedule my appointment! They did not contact me! I had to call and ask if they received the referral 4 times. Once they received my referral they needed my insurance information before even agreeing to see me! They treat you like money or an object NOT A HUMAN! I am only going because of a tumor on my lung and my pcp said to get seen ASAP if you can afford to wait save your pride and respect, BOOK WITH ANOTHER OFFICE!
Today was the 5th call for results of my CT scan and lab work. Done before and on Feb 15th. I’m very frustrated and angry. Were they in my shoes they would want to know THEIR results.Kudos to my primary doctor for their excellent staff and communication practices.
I look forward to my yearly visit with Dr. Artilies every year! He treats me like a well respected friend and part of his family. Doctor Garza is very detailed and understanding. The staff is very courteous and caring. I highly recommend going there. I spoke with nurse Reginea. She helped me get my medicine. When my primary doctor could not. Thank you Doctor Garza and nurse Reginea. You saved my life.
Every single lady that I’ve come in contact with that works there has been incredibly professional yet very familial with me. I actually enjoy being at your facility because of the atmosphere when I’m there. And, of course, I really like my doctor. Thank you all, very much. It’s good to know you’re backing me up!
PA Samantha San Miguel is always at her best everytime I see her at the clinic. Sam is never hurried during our visits. Sam listens to our concerns with a genuine and compassionate heart. She consistently ask questions about my total well-being. And before the visit is completed, she never misses in asking me if I had any other questions or concerns. I just love PA Samantha!!!
